Responsibilities

Partner with the best

  • As an ARMO Electro Mechanic Technician you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.

As an Electro Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing pre-job checks and basic onsite maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of equipment
  • Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists, and following procedures and maintenance practices
  • Using measurement and gauging equipment and processes to solder and assemble electro-mechanical devices
  • Following internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Following and maintaining Well-Site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least 7 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function or minimum 7 years relevant industrial
  • Have a minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical field
  • Have experience working on technical equipment
  • Be competent in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, and electro-mechanical devices
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.  Attentive to detail.
  • Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Providing technical guidance for troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling and performing visual inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure quality
  • Scheduling maintenance of equipment, maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs
  • Reviewing and implementing maintenance processes improvements to enhance quality, reliability, turnaround times and minimize costs
  • Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership to technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager
  • Providing leadership for health, safety and compliance throughout maintenance activities to mitigate risks to people, equipment and environment

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least a Higher National Diploma with expertise in Maintenance related duties in Electrical assemblies function (airline, military, oilfield, electronic)
  • Have at least 5 years of maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function
  • Have the capability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics, diagrams, and sectional drawings, etc
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.  Attentive to detail.
  • Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Must have completed NYSC

3.) AMO Electronics Technician – Oilfield Services

Description

About the Program
