We are hiring for the following position:
Job Title: Field Force Administrator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating, editing or updating user accounts in each location.
- Creating and setting up product batches for the distributors.
- Creating teams and assigning users’ outlet and contact lists.
- Creation of different access levels for users
- Uploading new products, and updating product and price lists for different distributors/locations/outlet types.
- Setting up and monitoring settings parameters from the dashboard.
- Provide first-line support on general user issues, mapping and so configurations.
- Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management for decision.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a First Degree qualification with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Not more than 30 years old.
Skills:
- Must be computer literate.
- Have good analytical skills
- Have good communications and presentation skills
- Ability to pay attention to details and be a team player.
