Ikeja Electric (IE), Nigeria’s largest power distribution network, was established on November 1, 2013, following the transfer of the defunct Power Holding Company Of Nigeria (PHCN) to NEDC/KEPCO Consortium as part of the privatization scheme of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
