We are on a mission to find a solution to the problem because we believe that no African should die from a lack of vital hospital supplies. By connecting hospitals to blood banks and blood banks to donors, LifeBank is currently addressing Nigeria’s blood shortage. We accomplish this by holding blood drives and delivering blood to hospitals in a cold-chain recommended by the WHO and the EU in less than 55 minutes.

We are looking for people to fill the following positions:

1.) Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Location: Lagos
Schedule: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the GCEO, providing administrative and logistical support to ensure efficient and effective information exchange with employees
  • Timely and accurate completion of tasks, professional formatting of internal and external communications, effective documentation of discussions and appropriate assignment of action items, smooth coordination of events and speaking engagements, comprehensive and accurate record-keeping
  • Effective management of the GCEO’s calendar and appointments, and smooth and efficient travel planning for the executive, thereby playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the GCEO’s office and contributing to the overall success of the company or organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that information exchange between the GCEO and employees is efficient and effective.
  • Ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Format internal and external communications to make presentations, reports, and other materials more professional.
  • Document discussions effectively and assign action items appropriately.
  • Ensure that events run smoothly by coordinating events and speaking engagements.
  • Ensure important information is not lost by maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Ensure the GCEO’s time is used effectively by managing the calendar and making appointments.
  • Ensure the executive is able to travel smoothly and efficiently by overseeing and planning travel.

Required Educational Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related discipline
  • 2 – 4 years experience in a similar role.

2.) Project Finance Manager

Job Overview

  • Success in this position involves developing and implementing financial management strategies for projects, preparing and monitoring project budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, processing invoices and payments, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, preparing financial reports and presentations, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to project teams on financial matters.
  • The Project Impact Finance Manager plays a critical role in the overall financial success of BOAT Foundation, as they are responsible for ensuring that project finances are properly managed and accounted for.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial management strategies for projects, ensuring all project finances are properly managed and accounted for.
  • Prepare project budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and monitor project financial performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure that project invoices and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to ensure the financial success of projects.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all financial policies, procedures, and controls are followed and that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on financial matters and assist with resolving any financial issues that arise.

Experience

  • The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting LifeBank Nigeria and its products to hospitals.
  • She/he will build market positions for LifeBank Nigeria by identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales.
  • S/he will work to retain and grow the client base of the company, foster client relationships and develop new opportunities for LifeBank Nigeria’s products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers
  • Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule in assigned territory
  • Prepare and follow up on territorial sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure Proper Coverage as per the planned Frequency per customer segment.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Provide daily call reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
  • Regularly follow up with active and signed hospitals to ensure they are using the app and placing orders
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support
  • Stay informed about the activities of health services in assigned particular area.
  • Expert level knowledge of department processes and product to serve as the first line of support in resolving internal and external customer issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc Degree in Biological and Medical Sciences.
  • 1-2 years experience in direct sales in the Pharma and healthcare industry
  • Experience in the medical or Pharma industry is a plus
