Nupur Sharma was born in New Delhi on 20th October 1987, to a family of lawyers. Her father, Atul Sharma, is a well-known advocate in the Supreme Court of India, and her mother, Aruna Sharma, is a social activist. Nupur completed her schooling at the Convent of Jesus and Mary, New Delhi, and then went on to study law at the Faculty of Law, Delhi University, where she excelled in academics and was an active participant in debates and moot court competitions.
Political Career
Nupur Sharma’s political career began in 2013, when she joined the BJP’s youth wing, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM).
