Below are the positions for which we are hiring:
1.) Accounts Officer and Manager
Job Title: Accounts Officer and Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Reconcile all expenditures and keep all necessary records of allowances and transaction within the anticipated time frame or specific period.
- Update the Fixed Asset additions/disposals on the system and execute the depreciation module.
- Accurately post store-related entries under the appropriate reporting period and ensure timely inventory module on a monthly basis.
- Develops and determines the inventory accounting methods and also analyses the inventory related reports so as to find the possible flaws in inventory storage, handling and usage
- Maintaining stock ledger and looking into the fact that physical inventory counts are organized and corresponding.
- Analyzing the overhead costs and variable costs of the company so as to ensure smooth accountancy.
- Investigate reports made related to the inventory count is correct or not so that any kind of fraud can be avoided and timely action can be taken against the one who has deliberately made a fraud report.
- Controlling income and expenditure.
- Auditing financial information.
- Compiling and presenting reports, stocks and financial statements.
- Analysing accounts and business plans.
- Performing bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Investigating any discrepancies in sales invoicing and payments
- Creating and balancing customers’ accounts
- Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines.
Salary
N50,000 – N150,000 / month.

2.) Quality Control Assistant / Manager
Job Title: Quality Control Assistant / Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Collect raw material sample from and carrying out analysis to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Conduct coding check on finished goods and ensure that parameters such as dates, expiry dates, batch numbers and sealing of packaging materials are in order.
- Carrying in-process control checks on finished products to ensure they comply to specification
- Ensure adherence of the factory to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) by all concerned through inspection of production, packaging and any other area within the factory.
- Ensure production processes is carried out in accordance to up to date standard operating procedures.
- Carry out line inspection for cleanliness ensuring hygiene requirements are met throughout production processes.
- Collate and promptly report quality standards findings during production on daily basis in real time to facilitate corrective actions.
- Maintain Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements and participate in its internal audit.
- Ensure that all scales within production floor are verified periodically and record are maintained.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N150,000 / month.

3.) Mechanical and Electrical Technician
Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Technician
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Resolve all technical maintenance issues and recommend improvement if required
- Ensure all downtimes are eliminated or reduced
- Assembling, evaluating, testing and maintaining electrical or mechanical equipments, appliances and machineries
- Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications
- Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagram and schematics
- Supervising machine operators
- Installing and performing diagnostics tests on mechanic systems
- Helping to develop and implement electrical and mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdown.
- Documenting machines fault for proper preventive maintenances and keeping maintainance or services records
- Optimizing electrical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings
- Training co-workers on the safe and adhering to industry regulations.
- Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all employees.
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as required
- Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if required.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- 3 – 5 years in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
- Applicants must possess outstanding experiences of working with standard beverage industry equipment and machineries which includes Pet Blow Machines, Beverage filling lines, Shrink wrapping machines, Industrial pumps, electric motors, PLC wiring systems etc.
